Description We are currently seeking an experience AP Specialist to join our team on a contract to hire basis in the Orlando, FL area. The following duties and responsibilities are expected of any interested applicant: Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents Code and enter invoices into the accounting system Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reports Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues Requirements Accounts Payable (AP) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
