The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate accounting and financial management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling financial transactions. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries to ensure proper recording of all financial transactions. Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights. Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of debits and credits to support double-entry bookkeeping practices. Collaborate with team members on private equity transactions as needed. Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Skills Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices. Proficient in financial management techniques, including budgeting and forecasting. Experience with journal entries, debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping. High level of financial acumen with the ability to analyze data effectively.
