Ourcompany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable Leadto join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a key role whereyou will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payableprocess, from purchase order to payment. You will be the point ofcontact for all vendor and internal queries related to accountspayable. Your role will also involve ensuring the accuracy andefficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incomingpayments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

This role calls for a seasoned professional with a solidunderstanding of 3-way match, AP matching, NetSuite, and the entirepurchase order to payment process.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee andmanage the general accounting functions, including, but not limitedto: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, andtaxes. 2. Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activitiesincluding invoice processing, 3-way match, AP matching, and paymentprocessing. 3. Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensuretimely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices. 4.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closeprocesses. 5. Maintain vendor relationships and communicate withvendors regarding billing issues, invoice discrepancies, andreconciliation. 6. Review and streamline accounts payable processesand systems (NetSuite) to improve efficiency and accuracy. 7.Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for allaccounts payable activities. 8. Provide ad-hoc reports and assistwith audits and external reporting as required. 9. Train and mentorjunior staff in accounts payable processes and systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field. 2. 5 years of experience in an accounting role witha focus on accounts payable. 3. Proficiency in accounting software,with a preference for NetSuite. 4. Strong understanding of theentire purchase order to payment process, including 3-way match andAP matching. 5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to managerelationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. 6.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to managemultiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 10. Knowledge ofapplicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures,financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures is a plus.11. Ability to function as a team player and work independently.
