Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist needed for a law firm in Downtown Orlando! Pay range – $23 to $26 Direct Hire role

Responsibilites:

Completing payments and receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Scheduling and preparing checks Ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos Charging expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers and recording entries for multiple locations Verifying expense reports and reconciling and processing firm cards Reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

Requirements:

Position requires data entry and mathematical skills, keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior law firm experience or other professional services organization preferred. Successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel; experience with Aderant and Emburse software is a plus.
