Job Description
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk in Maitland, Florida. This role is based within the Printing/Publishing industry and will be performed in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Handle billing functions and accounts receivable
- Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer credit records
- Use Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for data management
- Operate Great Plains (GPAC) and
IBM AS/400
for accounting functions
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
- Manage cash activity and check processing Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary.
- Familiarity with
IBM AS/400
is a must.
- Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites.
- Understanding of Accounting Functions is needed.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
- Knowledge of Billing Functions is necessary.
- Ability to handle Cash Activity is a must.
- Experience in Check Processing is essential.
