What You’ll Do All Star is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. You will be assisting with invoicing, check deposits, credit card payments and other projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Experience Sends invoices and statements to customers upon request. Answer requests in the inbox. Process tasks from other departments as needed. Fields customer inquiries regarding their account status via phone and email Processes credit card payments via phone. Resolves account discrepancies with customers by investigating documentation, payments, or adjustments. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Completes assigned tasks. Works with other departments on cash flow related projects. Cash Application Experience Firm understanding of basic accounting principles and basic accounting tasks. Deposits customer checks remotely and posts their payments to the respective invoices. Run Batches and key credit cards into the ERP system. Maintains internal accounting controls. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. High Volume experience 500-600 checks a day in same day. Assists with month end. What You Need Qualifications Customer Service Skills Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented. Other duties as requested. Cash Application Experience Possesses initiative to perform research on customer issues. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Minimum of 5 years in A/R or Accounting preferred. Attention to detail is critical in this role. System and Microsoft Office Proficiency Must be able to pass an Excel Test prior to interview. Vlook up, Pivot Tables and Formulas on Day 1 of being hired. Must be able to balance 4 ERP Systems. Experience with SharePoint.
