Accounts Receivable Specialist
Orlando company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist will include, but not limited to the following.
- Research and resolve of customer credit card chargebacks.
- Maintain documentation of all credit card chargebacks.
- Follow-up with credit card companies on a regular and timely basis.
- Communicate with finance teams and/or customer service managers for any additional information for chargebacks.
- Prepare vendor records for refunds.
- Enter all documentation & process refund requests.
