The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role requires proficiency in corporate accounting practices, property management, and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, for management review Assist with tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to local regulations Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support Utilize accounting software for efficient record keeping Experience Proven experience in corporate accounting or as a bookkeeper Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and payroll management Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping principles Experience with balance sheet reconciliation techniques Ability to write clear and concise financial reports Understanding of debits and credits in accounting practices Previous experience working as a clerk or in a similar role is preferred If you possess the skills outlined above and are ready to contribute to our financial team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
