Full Charge Bookkeeper Position Available In Orange, Florida

Full Charge Bookkeeper Antonio’s Restaurant Maitland, FL 32751 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing essential support to Owner . This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions with the support of an A/P Clerk Prepare multi-profit center financial statements Process payroll, and handle quarterly filings Manage sales tax preparation and compliance Work directly with the restaurant owner and coordinate with an external CPA firm . Qualifications Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles. Proficiency in financial software. ( Sage Experience preferred) , Microsoft Office Excellent skills in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
