Hotel and Restaurant Operations Location:

Orlando, FL | Approx. 20 Hours/Week We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team at Delaney’s Hospitality and support financial operations for a hotel located on International Drive and a prominent Orlando golf course. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and issue payments via checks Review payroll hours for submission Perform daily bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Collaborate with property management and operations teams Support monthly reporting and assist with audits as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) Prior hospitality and/or restaurant industry experience strongly preferred Experience with M3 accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Details:

Approx. 20 hours per week Flexible schedule Hybrid work environment (Orlando, FL area)

Pay:
