Job Description
If you’re a numbers driven person and enjoys accounts receivable, this opportunity is for you: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with 5+ years experience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for monitor and ensure all Accounts Receivable activities are reviewed and processed daily.
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Trustdesk.
- Assist department supervisor with special projects and assignments.
- Ensure that all reports are balanced and processed daily.
- Process checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
- Assist with client billing, research, account reconciliation, and reapplications.
Position requires data entry and mathematical skills, keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior law firm experience or other professional services organization preferred. Successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel; experience with Aderant software is a plus.
