Bookkeeper Position Available In Osceola, Florida

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Kissimmee, Florida. This Contract to Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong accounting skills to support financial operations and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a background in bookkeeping, including experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Process payroll using appropriate software and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Generate financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks, AppFolio, and Microsoft Excel to streamline accounting operations.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks and AppFolio.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with payroll processing and general ledger management.
• Ability to handle month-end close processes and prepare financial statements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
