Accounting Clerk Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the hospitality industry, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks, including managing calls and emails, scheduling, and processing service orders, while also handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process service orders and schedule electricians
• Manage communication channels such as calls and emails
• Assist with administrative tasks as directed by management
• Handle tasks related to QuickBooks, including invoice processing, timecard management, and assistance with payroll
• Maintain and track budget records, ensuring accurate data entry
• Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
• Prepare permit applications, contractor billings, and process registrations
• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including job costing
• Assist with Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with AIA Billing will be an added advantage. Requirements
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential for maintaining accurate financial records
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processing is required to ensure timely vendor payments
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage incoming payments effectively
• Proficiency in Billing procedures to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Competency in Data Entry to maintain and update financial records
• Experience with Invoice Processing to handle client billing efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for effective data analysis and financial reporting
