GED Accounting Payroll Full Job Description Education/Requirements:

High School Degree 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance required. Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Review invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure appropriate approval Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals Post invoices in CDK software to be paid; pull reports to enter invoice information from vendor accounts Enter all invoices and post into system daily Set up vendor accounts
