AB_4752335 Temporary Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist We’re looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Specialist with some Accounts Receivable experience for a 3 month contact assignment. This role will cover for an employee on maternity leave. While this is currently a temporary assignment, there is always a possibility it could turn into a permanent opportunity depending on future business needs. Manage vendor communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and assist in month-end closing activities. Post payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
