The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, check requests, and responding to vendor inquiries. Ensures the accurate and timing processing of employee’s payroll on a biweekly basis. In collaboration with managers/supervisors you will oversee timesheets and maintain payroll-related records, including salary adjustments, benefits deductions and or changes, and any update to personal information. Duties Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including data entry, payment processing, and reconciliation. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Analyze financial data related to accounts payable and prepare reports as needed. Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance as required. Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up to date. Support payroll functions when necessary, utilizing systems like T sheets. A/P invoice matching & scanning vendor invoices Accurately calculating and processing client payrolls, including taxes, employee benefits, garnishments, sick leave, and other payroll deductions Maintaining payroll records and ensuring all data is entered into the payroll system accurately and in a timel Schedules onboarding New Employee Orientation for new hires. Administers the new hire paperwork process and coordinates the pre-employment process for all employees. Ensures integrity of employee information in the HR system. Oversees the transition of transferring employees and changes in employment status. Maintain job description database for all employees.y manner • Requirements Minimum of two years’ experience with accounts payable Two Years’ experience Required with QuickBooks Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
