This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Duties Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner. Prepare and record journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. Assist with technical accounting tasks related to corporate accounting practices. Utilize software such as Quicken, Kronos, Ceridian, and other tools for efficient financial management. Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations in all accounting processes. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve payment processes. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Proficiency in journal entries and general ledger reconciliation. Familiarity with technical accounting practices and corporate accounting standards. Experience using accounting software such as Quicken, Kronos, or Ceridian is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
