We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a direct hire, 100% onsite position offering a competitive salary of $50,000 – $55,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a stable job history and extensive experience in accounts payable, particularly in high-volume environments processing for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role. Extensive experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures. Experience processing accounts payable for multiple entities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.
