Responsible for Accounts Payable processing for separate entities and vendors. Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records. Facilitates payment of vendors and resolving discrepancies. Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions. Assists with Purchasing function for all Sites Monthly credit card review and reporting. Identification of Cost Savings opportunities. Other related duties as assigned.
