com salary:

$26 – $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities

• Process invoices and schedule payments.
• Reconcile accounts and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Review invoices for proper authorization and general ledger account coding.
• Enter invoices and payments in the accounts payable module.
• Prepare accounts payable checks and maintain accurate accounts payable files.
• Review and reconcile statements received from vendors.
• Research vendor inquiries and clarify questionable invoice items.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and special projects when needed.

Skills Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
