This includes three-way matching, recording invoices and generating check runs for disbursements. Also includes recording of credit/debit card charges and vendor statement reconciliations. Work with vendors to resolve disputes, work with project managers to ensure timely processing of invoices, reconcile and close purchase orders as well as checking for correct authorizations. Maintain lists and contracts of all automatic payments and equipment leases. Reports for management as needed. Obtaining IRS Form W-9 from vendors and 1099 yearend processing. Manufacturing experience is a preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to think as you go. NetSuite experience is a plus.
