AB_4749473 Temporary Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist We’re looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Specialist with some Accounts Receivable experience to join our team on a temporary basis! This role will cover for an employee going out on a three-month maternity leave. While this is currently a temporary assignment, there is always a possibility it could turn into a permanent opportunity depending on future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments. Prepare and manage payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Maintain positive vendor relationships and resolve payment or billing inquiries. Assist with month-end closing activities and reconcile vendor statements. Post customer payments and support accounts receivable functions when needed. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Assist with additional accounting tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is required. Some experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting tasks is preferred. attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

salary:

$22 – $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM education:

Assist with account reconciliations and report any discrepancies to management. Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice, billing, or payment issues. Help support any special projects or additional accounting tasks during the leave coverage period.
