Accounts Payable Specialist Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Summary:

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Perform regular Accounts Payable tasks, including processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments Handle Accounts Receivable functions such as generating invoices and following up on outstanding payments Manage service billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support backlog entry and data organization as part of a system migration project Work closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure accurate billing and smooth operations Use Viewpoint Spectrum software for accounting and service-related entries Prepare for the transition to a new system by maintaining clean, accurate financial records

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong understanding of service billing and backlog processes Proficiency with Viewpoint Spectrum software Ability to collaborate with service coordinators and other internal teams Detail-oriented and organized with strong data entry skills Comfortable supporting a system migration through accurate backlog entry Previous experience in construction or mechanical service environments is a plus
