Accounts Payable Specialist Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Adecco is assisting a local client in the Lantana area looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp to perm job. Pay is $18-$21 per hour and shift schedule is 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday and OT as needed. You must be available to work

• Job Summary
• Responsible for accurate processing of various types of Accounts Payable job functions while always maintaining compliance with policies on purchasing and expense reimbursement. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and vendors.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Principle duties and responsibilities:
• Processing of vendor invoices using SAP, according to policy.
• Process weekly payment runs and any urgent payment requests.
• Maintains and monitors AP email inbox for invoice submissions and/or questions.
• Supports business with any questions to onboarding and setting up of new vendors
• Process vendor statement audits, assist with attaining any missing invoices.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and requests.
• Support audit requests with regards to AP and Vendor documentation
• Vendor Master maintenance
• Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities)
• + Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. + Detail oriented – matching & identifying discrepancies
• ERP A/P experience is required (preferably SAP) + Ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
• Data entry skills needed and proficient in Excel
• Education/Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• At least 6 months of Accounts Payable experience is required or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• Ability to work in the office for at least 3 months and later possibly work hybrid.

Pay $18-$21 per hour.

Work schedule:

8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday with possible OT.
