Boca Raton, FL Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a direct hire position that requires the candidate to work 100% onsite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in processing accounts payable (AP) in various roles, managing multiple entities, and handling high-volume transactions. Preferred candidates will also have experience with NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle AP for multiple entities, maintaining organized and precise records. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth AP operations. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts payable roles, preferably in a high-volume environment. Experience managing AP for multiple entities. Preferred experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
