Accounts Receivable Clerk 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 6778 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 Wool Plumbing Supply is seeking an accounts receivable lead to control and manage all receivable functions at one of our most active locations. This is a fast-paced position, and the candidate should have experience processing a large volume of account/credit customer invoices and COD account invoices. Excellent customer communications skills are required.
Main duties include:
Posting customer payments in our ERP system. Approving release of sales orders when customer exceeds credit limit. Resolving past due accounts by examining customer terms, payment history, and credit line; Initiates calls to customers when necessary to collect balances due. Engaging in various other administrative tasks that are required. Experience with Notice to Owners and Release of Liens is beneficial. Running credit card register and other end of day tasks.
