Description We are seeking an experienced Processing/Accounts Receivable Director who overseas operations of the Accounts Receivable, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all revenue-driving departments are aligned, efficient, and operating in a manner that supports the company’s overall growth objectives. The Processing Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible the full life cycle of a customer’s account, those areas, includes invoicing, cash application, customer dispute management, receivables research, collections management, and receivables reporting, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations. Supports special projects as required. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes including Accounts Receivable and Cancellations etc. Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s (Required) 5+ years of accounts receivable experience. 5+ years supervisory/management experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis having intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing assignments.
