Ensurity works with retailers and law enforcement for their tracking requirements. Schedule Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized AR & Office Coordinator to support both our accounting and administrative functions. This hybrid role ensures accurate processing of accounts receivable while maintaining efficient daily office operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of balancing financial tasks with office support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Duties:

Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner Track incoming payments and update accounting systems accordingly Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and aging reports Assist with month-end closing and AR reporting

Office Coordination Duties:

Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and emails Organize office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff and leadership Maintain filing systems (digital and paper-based) and update records Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, office administration, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Work Environment:

On-site Regular business hours, with occasional flexibility for deadlines or events
