Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Riviera Beach, Florida. As an integral part of our financial team, you will be entrusted with handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. In addition, you will be tasked with keeping an eye on customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP – Financial Services for processing and recording transactions.
• Leverage CRM and Epic Software for customer relationship management and data tracking.
• Apply ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning strategies for effective resource management.
• Oversee accounting functions to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and reporting.
• Carry out billing functions, including preparing bills, issuing invoices, and recording payments.
• Monitor cash activity and ensure accurate recording and reporting.
• Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies. Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services is required.
• Candidates must exhibit strong CRM skills.
• Working knowledge of Epic Software is imperative.
• Experience with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Understanding of basic and advanced Accounting Functions is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected.
• Candidates must be well-versed in Billing Functions.
• Ability to manage Cash Activity is a requirement.
• Experience in Cash Handling is a prerequisite.
