Full Job Description Overview:

Beachside Golf Cars LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This role is key to supporting our financial operations by managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with established accounting principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and record all incoming payments in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to payments Prepare and send outstanding balance reports to store managers Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate and compliant financial records Respond to phone inquiries regarding account status, payment arrangements, and billing issues with professionalism and strong phone etiquette Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and recordkeeping Collaborate with other departments to streamline and improve the accounts receivable process

Qualifications:
