This role involves preparing invoices based on contracts, tracking payments, and working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and send invoices based on service agreements. Review data to ensure accurate billing. Account management and collections calls as needed Prepare monthly account statements and handle payment issues. Create custom reports for clients when needed. Reconcile payments and resolve account discrepancies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in AR, billing, and collections. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
