Full Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

Boca Raton (On-site) Full-Time | Monday-Friday Covering a leave We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in billing, collections, and contract invoicing who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and submit invoices according to company standards via email or client portals. Analyze labor audits, expense data, and billing requirements to ensure client invoices align with MSAs and SOWs. Manage accounts receivable, including tracking and collecting outstanding payments. Prepare monthly statements and proactively follow up on overdue accounts. Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships. Create and maintain customized client reports as needed. Research and reconcile customer accounts, including unapplied payments. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients across various communication platforms. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Proficiency in contract billing and handling varied client billing rates. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Teams. Experience with Pivot Payable and Concur preferred. Knowledge of WinTeam is a major plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in the security or service-based contractor industry is a plus. Credit Check /Background Check required
