$26 – $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including generating and submitting invoices based on job cost data and project contracts Handle AIA billing, progress billings, and retainage tracking in accordance with contract terms Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) accurately and promptly to customer accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up with clients on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection Work closely with project managers and superintendents to gather necessary billing information and resolve invoice disputes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Sage, including job-related costs, customer profiles, and payment terms Track lien releases, COIs, and other compliance-related documents required for payment processing Prepare AR-related reports for leadership, including cash receipts, AR aging summaries, and billing schedules Ensure all customer invoices align with job contracts, scope of work, and approved change orders Support audits and internal reviews by providing necessary AR documentation and backup Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and improve billing accuracy and efficiency Basic Qualifications 3+ years of AR experienceConstruction accounting experience is mandatoryTeam player willing to learn new tasksSolid critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail requiredSuperb communications skills requiredExperience with Sage is a plus Skills Accounts ReceivableCoding/Batching Qualifications Years of experience: 4 yearsExperience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
