Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Support specialist to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including payment processing, bank reconciliations, and customer inquiries. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and verify financial data to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Match payments with purchase orders and perform routine calculations as needed.
• Handle billing functions, including generating and reviewing invoices.
• Support the preparation of bank deposits and ensure proper documentation.
• Utilize software tools such as SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office Suites for financial reporting and data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and company procedures. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and accounting software, such as SAP R/3.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
