REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• QUICK-BOOKS KNOWLEDGE, Advanced. (Reconciliations)
• Knowledge of accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks or Wave.
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong listening, communication and reading comprehension skills
• Organized with great follow-up with tasks
• Work independently
• Willing to learn, work hard and work as a team (assist project architects).
• Previous experience in accounting, finance for a architectural, engineering or construction office is a plus.

DUTIES:

• Bookkeeping
• Input Bills & Pay Bills.
• Account Receivables (collecting payments from customers).
• Account Payables (keep vendor payments updated).
• Bank Reconciliation
• General office tasks
• Write and respond emails
