Your Key Responsibilities:

As our AP/AR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Processing daily deposits (cash, checks, credit cards, ACH) Inputting sales data into MIP from Thrift Store and Cafeteria Managing and reconciling petty cash and Group Home banking records Recording payments and reconciling monthly bank/credit card statements Communicating with client family members/representatives Assisting with journal entries and maintaining vendor/client invoices What You Bring to the

Team:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (preferred) Familiarity with MIP or similar accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills A valid Florida Driver’s License and auto insurance Bookkeeping certification a plus

Working Conditions:

Regularly walk, sit, stand, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and lift and/or carry office equipment and boxes up to 20 pounds. Occasional driving to project sites, which may include walking, climbing, and/or bending to perform inspections and observations. Primary working conditions are typical for an indoor/office environment requiring sitting for an extended period of time; frequent use of computers and standard office equipment. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
