The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, Invoices , payment applications maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role is crucial in supporting the overall financial health of the organization and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills. Construction industry experiance is a plus Responsibilities Process and record all incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner. Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly. Conduct credit analysis on new clients to assess risk and establish credit limits. Manage medical collections by following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions in compliance with GAAP standards. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable activities. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection processes. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients regarding their accounts. Skills SAGE accounting software experience is a must Strong knowledge of corporate accounting practices and principles. Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques and credit analysis methods. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical collection processes is preferred. Experience with double entry bookkeeping and adherence to GAAP standards. Excellent telemarketing skills for effective communication with clients regarding outstanding invoices. subcontractor payable oversight and processing Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
