Automotive Accounting Clerk 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars West Palm Beach, FL We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our clients team. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 – $22. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Pay Details:
