Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. Ed Morse is currently seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Handling various tasks related to the dealership’s financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring accurate data recording. Receiving, recording, and depositing all payments made to a car dealership, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Ensuring proper reconciliation of funds. Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts. Assist with month end closing.

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience Great understanding of account reconciliations A minimum of 2 years Automotive dealership experience is preferred Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively Why Ed Morse?
