Bilingual Accounting Assistant (AP) (English/Spanish) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars West Palm Beach, FL Seeking a Bilingual Accounting Assistant (AP) in West Palm Beach, FL. (English/Spanish) In office position. Responsibilities Create and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Make necessary changes to payment terms on vendor accounts as needed. Process credit applications and ensure proper documentation. Create, post, and apply payments efficiently and accurately. Handle accounts payable entries with precision. Process credit card transactions, maintaining records of all transactions. Manage high volume payables, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Work with the general ledger to ensure all entries are accurate and complete. Assist with accounting reporting and aging, providing support for financial audits. Assist the controller with various tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications Must have a bachelor’s degree. ERP experience or familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Required Work Hours The position requires working full-time hours from Monday to Friday, fully in-office. Additional Details The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $56,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
