Our Boca Raton office is currently seeking anexperienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper tojoin our Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have 5-10years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the publicaccounting industry. This role involves managing a variety ofaccounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records,preparing financial statements, processing payroll, and assistingwith client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someonelooking to contribute to a dynamic CPA firm while working in acollaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records forclients. Prepare and review financial statements, including balancesheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Process payroll and handle related tax filings. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assist with preparing tax returns and other related financialreports. Communicate with clients regarding their accounting needs andprovide excellent customer service. Support senior staff with various ad-hoc accounting andbookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in publicaccounting. Proficiency in CCH and other accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles andpractices. Knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational andtime-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be local to the South Florida area.
Education:
