Pay Rate:

$21.00 Job description: We are currently expanding our practice to meet the growing needs of our company. We are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks to assist the Account Managers in our accounting department. You will be working with QuickBooks Online and must have 2 years of knowledge with the software to process business transactions. If you have a flair for numbers and a desire to learn and grow from within, this job is for you! We will provide training and growth development for advancement within the company. Responsibilities Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records timely. Enter key data of financial transactions in the database daily. Constantly update job knowledge Requirements and skills

MUST HAVE 2

years experience using QuickBooks Online Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office and general computer skills Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Intuitive, perceptive and displays good judgement Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks. Data entry and word processing skills Well-organized and a willingness to learn Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug and background screening Education Minimum high school degree Proven accounting experience, associate degree or relevant certification is a plus, and will be compensated accordingly.
