Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks. Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards. Track and categorize expenses across all company accounts. Monitor transactions for irregularities or potential fraud (e.g., Business Track review). Assist the CFO with monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Prepare and process payments, including physical checks and Bill.com transactions. Support with tax preparation and the management of financial documents.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience. Prior experience in a commercial real estate environment strongly preferred. QuickBooks Bill.com Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and reconcile discrepancies efficiently. Familiarity with financial best practices in the commercial real estate sector is a plus. Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative team environment.
