A One Stop Garden Shop has two garden centers located in Palm Beach Gardens FL and Loxahatchee FL. At our stores we sell a wide variety of different landscape products. We sell landscape plants, flowers, mulches, soils, decorative rocks/hardscapes, sod, pottery and so much more! We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service, quality products, and professionalism. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at our Palm Beach Gardens Location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of financial concepts. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Manage A/P and A/R, including invoicing and collections. Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Conduct account reconciliation to verify balances and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support. Maintain organized financial documents for easy access and reference. Experience Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is required. Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles. Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Weekends as needed
