(@ ) Thriving boutique-style CPA firm located in central Boca Raton is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, organized, bookkeeper/admin to assist with the daily tasks of running a laid-back accounting office. Responsibilities include daily QuickBooks, answering phones, scanning of client tax docs, payroll and sales tax preparation and other general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and clerical duties to support our office operations effectively. Benefits include 401K, and PTO. Position is in person, not remote.
