At The Revenue Place, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our clients and internal team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our clients’ books are accurate, organized, and aligned with financial best practices. What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with precision
• Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts; post accurate journal entries
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheet reviews
• Work directly with our accounting team to support tax prep and filings
• Ensure financial records comply with GAAP and internal standards
• Prioritize multiple client accounts and meet project deadlines

What You Bring:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting (or related field) preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel/Office
• Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification a plus
• Industry experience in retail, restaurants, or service-based businesses is a bonus

• Have worked in a CPA or bookkeeping firm supporting multiple clients
• Are comfortable explaining financial reports to clients
