QuickBooks Wiz (Part-Time or Full-Time) Hey there! We’re on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes QuickBooks and isn’t afraid of a little cloud tech or an iPhone or two. Whether you’re looking for a part-time gig or something more full-time, we’ve got room for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping our books in check using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop—bonus if you’ve used both) Payroll duties by matching schedules with caregiver codes for check distribution Balancing monies for when to pay Net invoices Collaborating with the insurance prebillers in another dept Staying on top of the little details so nothing falls through the cracks You’re a

Fit If You:

Are confident and experienced with QuickBooks

BILINGUAL CREOLE OR SPANISH

Have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting basics Know your way around iPhones, cloud tools, and modern tech Are organized, reliable, and can manage your own time like a pro Communicate well

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Excel, HHA exchange, Cloud, or other workflow tools A good sense of humor (seriously—it helps) Possible full time btw
