You will be responsible for accounts recievable and accounts payable. Extensive experience with Quickbooks and Excel a must, along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. We are looking for an organized individual who has construction accounting experience and is capable of multitasking and able to self manage projects.

Responsibilities:

Enter invoices into QuickBooks. Proficient with Microsoft Office Enter payroll Create and maintain spreadsheets to track finances. Create and maintain accounting ledgers. Account for all company assets. Post financial transactions using the computer system. Navigate QuickBooks accounting software to enter data. Input financial data into software programs. Requirements:

Excellent knkowlwdge of general accounting principals Knowledge of bookkeeping softwware At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferbly within construction accoutning Excellenct verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, organization and accuracy of work Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks Able to prepare, review, and understand a finaincial statement Experience of accounting software such as
