Position Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist who excels in communication and delivers exceptional service through phone and email. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to support a smooth billing experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude when addressing customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries via phone and email. Provide high-quality customer service through effective listening and clear communication. Accurately communicate account details to customers and internal departments. Manage a high volume of daily email and phone communications, with timely follow-up. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and resolutions. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with the AR team and other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy. Create and manage accounts for restaurant and Boca By Design (BBD) services, including: Collecting deposits and final payments Ensuring accurate billing and timely follow-up Assist in spot-checking high balance accounts to ensure daily follow-up by the front desk team. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to handle high call and email volumes while maintaining accuracy. Proficient in computer systems, email platforms, and data entry. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
