Hire Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. This position is 100% onsite at our Palm Beach Gardens location and is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes and a passion for the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Payment Processing:

Accurately record and process incoming payments, ensuring all transactions are documented.

Account Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Collections:

Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and work with customers to arrange payment plans if necessary.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging, and provide insights to management.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, providing excellent customer service.

Compliance:

Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Pay Details:
